Typically fit wider because of a generous toebox.  Here’s more info from their FAQ: KEEN shoes have a bit wider toe box than other shoes, but our actual shoe widths are standard. Our women's shoes come only in a 'B' width, while our men's feature a 'D' width (except the men's Yogui, which is an 'E' width). We now have the men's San Antonio (all versions) style in our BLVD category that is available in standard and wide sizes (“E” width). Note that each style fits according to intended use.
