Activity Limitations
During your injury recovery it is essential to restrict from weight bearing conditioning activity like walking, treadmill, Step classes--to name a few. Any activity that requires the act of getting off of the heel and onto the toes is usually not recommended.
It is important to continue cardiovascular conditioning including swimming, stationary or recumbent cycling, spin classes, rowing machine, and elliptical trainers--as some of the low-to-non-impact activities that will not usually interfere with injury recovery.
